Refund policy

Returns We want you to feel confident purchasing the Nuglow™ PDRN Cellular Repair Serum.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The serum is unused and the dropper seal is intact
  • The original packaging and box are included
  • The bottle has not been damaged due to misuse or improper storage

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used serums cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your Nuglow™ PDRN Cellular Repair Serum arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Your order number

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds or returns on the PDRN Cellular Repair Serum if:

  • The bottle has been opened or the serum used — even partially
  • The product was not used as directed (morning and night, on clean skin)
  • You experienced normal skin adjustment during the first 1–2 weeks of use — this is expected with active ingredients including PDRN and Niacinamide
  • You changed your mind after opening the product

Please note: initial skin sensitivity during the first few days of use is not a product fault. We recommend patch testing before full facial application, as stated in the instructions.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Nuglow™ cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit
